How long is shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on location, but allow at least 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

We Offer Free Shipping to Canada & USA over $100.

*Please note processing time could take up to 3 business days. Orders ship within 1-3 business days upon purchase.  

HANDLING:

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our location and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery via Canada Post. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Silky Skin Laser is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Silky Skin Laser will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Silky Skin Laser is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

*This should not apply to Canada/USA but in likely it should; Silky Skin Laser is in no way responsible for any customs or import charges, charged to the customer by the shipping service.

RETURNS:

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning at the onset when received, please contact us at immediately with photo(s) and/or video at info@silkyskinlaser.com

Return the item and we will cover the shipping. You will need to return it in the condition that you received it in.

How to claim your money back:

You must have purchased our SILKY SKIN LASER IPL Hair Removal Handset from our website.

Try our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 80 days.

You must complete at least six (6) IPL handset treatments, with treatments being three (3) week apart, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.

If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at info@silkyskinlaser.com with your invoice number and we will review your application.

All images must have valid time and date stamps.

If your return request does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded

Once approved, we will refund you the IPL handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our location.  Shipping cost are responsible of the claimant

Cancellations & Returns:

We do not offer cancellations or returns, unless the product has a technical fault. In that unlikely event, please contact us at info@silkyskinlaser.com and we will offer a replacement product.

If the product is damaged upon arrival to you, please contact us immediately at info@silkyskinlaser.comand we will organize a replacement.

Refused Deliveries:

If you refuse to accept delivery of your item/s and if Canada Post has to send it back to our address, you will be charged a $75 CND restocking fee plus any other shipping related charges and refunded the remaining amount paid. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged on its way back to us, your refund will not be processed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
