I was very pleased with the service at Silky Skin Laser & Esthetic Centre. It was my first time going there (the south side location) and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I had four veins treated and even though it will take a few weeks to see the full results, I am very pleased with how they turned out so far. I was suppose to have laser hair removal done on my face but because the goggles didn’t fit snug around my eyes I wouldn’t be able to have it done because it wasn’t safe. Even though I was disappointed, it was comforting and reassuring to know that the company’s ethical practices puts the safety and the well being of the client first. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted laser treatment. November 03, 2012

Amazing costumer service, they are quick to respond to messages and their hours are perfect for those who work. I cannot remember the girls name that did my laser hair removal but she was really kind, informative and got straight to the point. The room was clean and looked hygienic… Overall a great experience! My first time getting any laser treatment done was here at Silky Skin and I was a bit nervous and hesitant. The staff here were wonderful. I bought two coupons for my daughter and her husband.She booked appmts. several weeks in advance as they live in Peace River and have to travel 5 hours to get to ED. Two days before the appmts Silky Skin called and cancelled one appointment. This was very inconvenient because of the distance. I feel they could have cancelled someone in Edmonton. I have been getting laser hair removal done at the north (central?) location. I’ve tried other laser places, but after being here I would never go anywhere else – even without a Groupon. Not to threaten Groupon users with not being able to use their laser groupon before it expires. I was originally told I could not use mine even though it had 2 weeks left before it expired. Thankfully I had a great technician who understood what I was told on the phone was wrong. I’m still upset with the issues I had to deal with before I was able to use my groupon. March 20, 2012

I attended Silky Laser with an appointment for Laser hair removal for my lower legs. I was happy with my Laser esthetician Courtney. She was professional, prompt and courteous.She was also caring and helped with extra cold compresses on my legs as they stung a little more than should have. . . only due to the fact that I had dry shaved the day before instead of using shaving foam. The laser treatment was a little more painful than it should’ve been and as a result they burned more after. Courtney put more cold towels on repeatedly and soothing gel. She gave me advice on what to do for followup. She also phoned me a couple of days later to see how I was doing. I was satisfied with the treatment. I look forward to my next laser hair removal. I have purchased a total of 6 groupons (total 18 sessions) from Silky Skin and I am fully satisfied with the results. I have used 7 to remove unwanted hair from my cheeks,chin,lip area and will most likely need one more to get the remaining 3 %. I plan to use the remaining sessions on my underarms & forearms. The staff is professional and take all precautions to ensure my skin was not burned. I have been to another company that offered laser and did not go back even though I still had 4 more sessions paid for. The standard and professionalism of this company can be trusted.
